Did you resolve this? I am having the same issue.
No way.
I tried everything.
Finally I sent it back for diagnostics since it is still under warranty.
I suspect hardware is faulty

Thanks. I am waiting for my Gigabyte RMA to get approved and will do the same thing.
Guys, I’m having the same problem. I’ve done everything. I changed risers, changed slots, updated kernel, downgraded and updated drivers and nothing solves it. I have 4 cards and this is happening with one of them. All with hynix memory.
