it needs display output + pcie gen 3 8x or greater for 470.05 to unlock.

you mean +1450 on the msi slider bar or the absolute readings? coz msi slider control allows only upto +1000
same for PL (expressed in %) & it gets maxed out at 105% on MSI afterburner. I keep facing issues with this card. So I temp swapped it out until now. Resetting a new rig on hiveos now. Hopefully it clicks
