dude you are gonna destroy your fans. i think you cards can run very good with 1150 core clock, 850 core voltage, 800 memory controller coltage, and around 2100 memory clock. no need of DPM states since you specify the voltages. You can also switch aggressive undervolting on and check what happens.

This is during heat wave and autofan settings are set to keep quite cool core, so every now and then they run 100%. Is there some info available where it states something
about not running fans full speed? To my understang they can run full speed
for quite a bit more extended time than what im using them 100%.
i cant guess if they are Autofan or not. all i see is they are set to 90% according to your OC settings right? if you keep them on auto ok. if they run 100% for 24/7 all year, you will destroy them faster thats all. i have seen broken fans.
About the DPM states , why do you need them when you specify core clock and voltage? DPM states in the bios has the clocks fixed at some megaherz and some clocks which for memory are 1000 mvolts. when you specify the exat core clock and voltage , DPM state is ignored. Same for memory. you have 3 states 0 300Mhz 1000mvolts, 1 1000mhz, 1000mvolts, 2 2000mhz, 1000mvolts. Memory voltage is for Navi cards so you can just set the memory controller voltage, 800 is a good value there.
Your cards should be running quite good with 1500 core , 850-900 VDD, 800-850 VDDCI, 2050-2150 mem clock.
So your oc´s applyed just for fun, do you notice any difference in total hash ?
I have plenty off polaris cards and have playe´d with oc´s enough.

Yeah its a typo. So you get 4 less watts per card at the expense of 1 mhs per card.
I tried toy setting for the saphire rx 570 with the samsung memory. I have similar rx 570 but the asrock shit. I get the same 31.22 mhs like yours but with 105 watts. With my settings 1131 825/800 2050. I get 30.80 with 95 watts. So no point pushing it more. Also the DPM doesnt do shit when you set the core voltage and clocks. Tested with or without DPM and its the same.

yes, noticed same. I knew that u can leave Core and vdd blank and only set dpm, didnt know it works other way around allso. No harm or benefit to have it set. Still keeping mdpm with only Mem value set. Agree that there is no point to push for few extra hash. This rig has been stable as rock for some time but started to play with oc s and managed to shave +10W with most cards still +32mh…its just nice to have them a bit higher than 570’s 
Thanks for mentioning fans, havent really looked into those in long time, i raised core max temp a bit and now they are around 50-60%, really good improvements. Have a profitable mining!

i would put VDDCI to 800 and remove MVDD and MDPM and DPM. they are not needed.

Remove core State ( DPM state )
Remove Mem State ( MDPM )
Memory Voltage also because its for Navi cards , your cards are Polaris based.
Switch On Aggressive Undervolting.
You deleted the wrong setting dude. Core voltage is 850. You have put 0. Delete the 1350 memory coltage.
But still without bios mod i dont think you will achieve 30+.
what is the 835 setting? VDD? VDDCI? or MVDD?
