Vega 64 Ultimate Guide 56-55 Mhash 130W

Going to try to get to see if I can use the 56 on it…
:+1:

And they are all flashed to 56? Even the asus strix ?
Can you post their hashrate/temp/wattage?
Thanks for your attention btw.

Your vega does 180mh/s with stock bios. What is it’s tdp? (wattage, power consumption)

This is what i use…

Around 130w power consumption

Is around 170/180’s Mh/s

This time… went well…

Flash the 56 Bios that you told me to do…

Many many thanks

But if i push the core to 1440

TRM says: GPU dead…
(you don’t understand any of this, go fishing) :joy:

The card is between 180.6 - 196.1Mh/s

The Nvidia GTX 1080ti is constant at 97.84Mh/s…

And maybe i need to change the thermal pads… big difference in temperature…

I use the Tweaks that you post…

Thanks guys.

So, i am about to buy two reference vega 64’s. One is sapphire reference and the other is xfx reference.
Are they good? Flash-able?
The sapphire vega you guys are mentioning is the nitro+ right? Does the reference works well too(mh/wattage)? (does it work with same straps ? maybe same OC?)

Sapphire Vega 64 Nitro+
with
Bios from Sapphire Vega 56 Nitro+ from akosi post

until now is ok…

Flashed with HiveOS really easy…

but im still playing with the OC…

glad it worked well with you.
well 196 is the sweet spot you want to be.
its only 4 megahash away from 200.
glad to see it working on a lesser wattage.

I don’t know… But I have to see what is happening… In 8h I get 2 reboots…

I noticed the same with the latest hiveos version; I downgraded it to one version lower and it is stable again 24/7.

maybe they will make a update for that…
if tomorrow is the same going to downgrade too…

how do you downgrade from an updated hiveos?

Also can you share the OC and straps you used for your 203 mhash.
Planning to mine ergo in winter, when ethereum is almost dead lol

Yeah i feel you,
You gonna scratch your head a lot and wait 1-2 hours for another crash just to test if your straps or OC are stable. Sometimes i sleep around 2 am still figuring which of the card is giving me crashes.

vega cards are challenging but once you get them going it’s fulfilling lol

Thanks man. Yeah higher voltage and core really gets your gpu very hot.

Make a test…

This is what I have on the card…
