1660 super asus micron oc failing

The 1660 super will not accept an oc and keeps getting nvidia oc settings fail error. It all started when I added the 12th card. I checked all mobo settings, checked all connections. Card runs, btc pro h1110 detects the card in bios, hive os detects it, the fans spin but the card will No longer mine just keeps getting oc settings failure. Numerous reboots, reseated all connections for rig then card 2x. I’m open to any ideas. I’m updating drivers now to see if that resolves issue. Any input greatly appreciated.

Card was mining just fine before 12th card a 2070super was added. The 2070super added and all other cards are mining just fine.
