2miners solo Pool, how to get all workers working on same block

Hello,

i got som some differrent workers, all working on hivepool at the moment.

All workers are in same farm and same flight sheet.
When i now switch over to 2miners-solo pool via hive os, will all workers then automatically work on same block with combined hashpower automatically?
So my chances increase in Solo Mining to find ablock on my own?
