4 GPU works but 5th kills rig

Having troubles getting 5 GPUs to work.

GPU 0 – Asus RX 560 4GB Micron | Bios Max W: 48
GPU 1 – MSI RX 570 4GB Hynix | Bios Max W: 128
GPU 2 – PowerColor RX 560 4GB Hynix | Bios Max W: 48
GPU 3 – GigaByte RX 560 4GB Hynix | Bios Max W: 48
GPU 4 - GigaByte RX 560 4GB Hynix | Bios Max W: 46

Total W: ±320

MotherBoard: ASRock Z270 Pro4
Processor: Celeron G3900
Ram: 4GB
PSU: Rosewill Quark 750w Platinum
SSD running HiveOS updated to the latest

PCI Riser:
Onvian x4
Powered from 6 pin to Molex (2)
Powered from 6 pin to PSU (2)

Snanshi x1
Powered from molex from PSU
*I tested multiple configurations with running 4 cards and all risers worked fine.

x5 120mm fans powered via molex

I am thinking this is a motherboard setting but I do have another PSU I could try, but its only a 530w bronze.

Was indeed my mother board, followed the instructions in the link below and all GPUs are mining!
Mining is new to me and so far it has been frustrating but a lot of fun!

I had the same issue. I was able to solve it by changing the gigabyte psu for thermaltek. Do the test by replacing the PSU
