6700 xt red devil is not been detected. help a miner brother out!

-I installed it on windows and its not showing on Device Manager
-I installed it on HiveOS also its not been detected
-It runs properly I bought it brand new
-I took all the drivers from my PC I did a “reset” also did not worked.
-The only thing showing is “HD Graphics 530” which is the internal driver.

  • VERSION 20.40 OF AMD

( Keep in mind all you see here it was also shown on HiveOs and I want to mine on HiveOS)

Hello,

Im not huge expert but I would recommend connecting cards 1by1 to motherboard via pci16x slot to see if they are working properly.
If they are detected by direct connection, u can check these:

  1. Risers may be and old version that doesnt support new cards or malfunction
  2. Your power supply watt may not be enough of it may hay have faulty cables
  3. On bios settings you might wanna set your pci slots as GEN2
