just use the polaris bios editor one click method to set new timings. Google it and lots of guides available. Will take the card to about 31-32MH with a lot less power being used.

Maybe try these settings: i can run it stable. When i go higher with MEM, den the GPU crashes. Bios is moddified with polaris.
