all other computers are working fine, i cant downgrade i get this error

reflashing image would take less or equal time than writing a post

wow, you are truly a genius, but imagine this, the ssd drive of the motherboard is 300miles away?? now how can i use hive shell with commands to redownload image?? is there any way of this?

There some of scenarios to fix your problem like:

  • Fixing corrupted files via ssh/Hive Shell/Teleconsole - it will take some time and need some basic Linux knowledges or you can use Google help for similiar troubleshooting on Ubuntu
  • Reflashing image remotely by using hive-replace tool - it will cost ~1.8G traffic and some time depends on internet speed. Detailed description how to use this tool can be found on forum
  • You can always ask for help on Hive Telegram Channel (English) - https://t.me/hiveoschat_en
  • Create ticket to Hive support via email bee@hiveos.farm

But what about pxe-server? to update the image?

It’s described in PXE manual in section How to update image

You can simply copy the backup version:

sudo cp /var/lib/dpkg/status-old /var/lib/dpkg/status
