Your OC settings might be causing one or more cards to become unstable which then basically crashes the rig requiring a manual restart.
It happens every so often to me but that is only on 1 rig which has a reputation for being annoying.
I would suggest removing your OC settings and using some of the good guides on this site. All about finding a balance that will run stable as no two cards are ever 100% the same.
As two of those cards are 4GB you won’t be able ti mine ETH which needs 8GB.
