can anyone advice regarding these two cards… i am desperately not abe to find any details regarding what mem it has… and also what HS/m can one get from these, and what power consumption is there… Is it possible to compare these two with sapphire rx5700xt nitro?

My experience with 5700 and 5700 xt, they are all over the map. Samsung memory usually ends up in the 55-56mhs range while Micron is 57-60 range. In addition, each one needs to be thoroughly tuned in so I recommended throwing it up on a test rig for about a week after bios modding which I find easier to do in Windows.
For your Gigabyte make sure you review youtube before modding, everyone recommends using the bios online and not using one from original card to prevent bricking it.
