Anyone able to help me with bios modding/overclocking?

Hi! I am new to gpu mining but trying my best. this are my settings. I wish i could get all my cards to 80 watts.

Another problem I have is the one rx 580 8gb. When I bios mod it it works. But as soon as i fill in any core clock or memmory the card stops working. I am able to overclock the card when i get rid of the bios mod. But then the max hash I get is around 27. anyone able to help me out?
