ASUS 3060 Ti Dual Mini v2 - Memory Overclock issue

Hello miners,

I cannot pass the “1695” on Memory overclock.
Is there any way to achive “2000” or more on these cards?

I am getting 42-43 eth hashrate max, settings here:
GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 7982 MB · ASUS
Hynix GDDR6 · 94.04.46.80.A0 · PL 100 W, 200 W, 215 W

c:54°
fan:90%
cclock: -500
mem:1695
pl:150

Thank you.

use a locked core clock instead of the -500 offset, will save some power.
hynix on the 3060tis doesnt like to clock too high, so you may have found the limit of that individual card

Hynix memory don’t get as high as samsung or micron, all my hynix cards run at 1700-1800 range OC while samsung memory ones run at 2400-2500.

Thank you for your time and info.
Have a nice week.

I have 2 of these cards. My best OC settings are: Core 1375, Memory 1650, no power limit set.
With Gminer i got ~43.5mhs, on T-Rex ~44.5mhs.
Temperature around 53-55ºC

Hey

I’ve just purchased 4 of these cards and I have them running at:
Core 1475
Mem 1700
Fan 60
PL 135

I do however have trouble with my miner restarting. Now ive been troubleshooting for a few days and it seems that I have 1 of these cards that has the OC too high, so now I’ve lowered it to Mem 1400.

I will keep you posted. I simply think you have to accept that these cards has to be overclocked more lightly.

Edit: Even tho I lowered my mem to 1400, it seems the hashrate stays at around 42-42.5

How much power are they drawing without PL set?

Around 135w, sometimes with peaks of 145/150w for a few seconds.

Okay!

I’ve had your settings running for 12+ hours now, and I must say they are super stable. I do have this one card that I cant overclock past 1500 memory, so it’s sitting at 1450.

I cant get the mentioned 44 mhs, but I do get a fairly stable 42.5-43.5. My temps are 62ish, so I think I can get a bit more if I fix the room temperature.

Thanks for sharing your OC’s
