Billings costs and service issue

Hello,
I would like to know why since 02/02 I pay for one rig that dont existe, so $0.10 more than expected each day?

knowing that the service is getting worse and worse: it doesn’t work regularly, when it works it’s slow, I often get error messages (failed to fetch, error loading data etc…)
Actualy I can’t see my farm, again

It’s the same sh•t every day, for ~ 36$ / months now

hello Anyone would know why all hiveos is so slow? Fewer days in February to spread the daily rate.
