Change the Frequency and Voltage for Antminer S9

Is it possible to change the Frequency and Voltage of the Antminer S9?

I have tried to change the values via the extra config arguments within the Tuning, but nothing happens.

“bitmain-freq”: “550” set frequency
“bitmain-voltage”: “0706” set voltage

I have tried and tried on my D3s to get the voltage to lower but that setting doesn’t work but I did get the freq to work

i also failed to use these configuration arguments. Miners wont start after i made changes.
