CPU and GPU mining

I have
AMD FX-6300 6-Core Processor, 8 GB RAM, and 2 GPUs (MSI AMD 570) mining in my rig, and the question is … how can I enable mining with my CPU aswell AND will that degrade the performance of my rig overall ?
