Crashing 5600XT with 580

I create a Rig with 3Pcs Shipper 5600XT 6GB and One XFX RX580 it wrok fine with

Radeon RX 5600 XT 6128 MB · Sapphire
Micron GDDR6
FAN CORE DPM VDD/VDDCI/MVDD MEM PL

85% 1150 0 700/750/1300 900 85 All 3 Have same setting and give 38.87MH

Radeon RX 580 8192 MB · XFX
Samsung K4G80325FB

FAN CORE DPM VDD/VDDCI/MVDD MEM PL
85% 11507 875/0/0 2050 0 And Give Only 25.57

With all this setting my rig work fine but when aver i change little bit the card don’t give H rate
Mining ETH, Pool Ethermine, Miner NBMiner
and i know the Hash Rate is not Ideal the total Hash Rate is 142H and i think so with this all card give normally 147 to 150Hashrate so what i do any one help me

Radeon RX 580 8192 MB · XFX - bios mod it with polaris bios editor 1.7.4
when asked about the timings click no to 3.1 uber mix and then click yes to 3.2 ubermix.
then use core clock 1150, core voltage 862, memory controller voltage 800, memory clock 2100, aggressive undervolting ON, amdmemtweak --REF 20.
