I have problem when i start my mining rig it says Cuda error Device 1 = No memory. Can somebody help me?

When asking for help it’s best to provide more info than needed, what cards/clocks/kernel/hive version/is your bios up to date/did you do any troubleshooting? Etc
much better, your core clocks are good except the one that you have the -250 offset on. change that to match the rest. see the fan graphs that are all over the place and the card reporting 0rpm fan? thats the driver crashing because of too much memory OC. reduce on each card that crashes until stable
