Deposit weth to the wallet, how can I fix it

What happens is that I deposit from my metamask to the hiveos wallet but the balance does not appear, apparently it was deposited in weth, how can I fix this so that the balance appears

are you talking about these? unfortunately if you send the wrong crypto theres no way to retrieve.
