Does bug fix take 5 months?

The bug I reported in April has not been fixed for 5 months, do you think this is normal?

I have reported on both this forum and the support email.

The error was:

I turned on “WD Power” settings under the “Hashrate Watchdog menu”.

But worker restarts instead of shutting down.
