First time payout approaches for HiveOn ETH what happens next?

This is my first payout. I am at 0.08 ETH on hiveon pool. What happens when i reach 0.1 ETH.?

Does payout occur automatically to my MEW address, or do I get to choose when payout occurs after I reach the 0.1 threshold?

And can I decide how much is paid to my wallet? For example only paying 0.001 to run a test deposit first?
