it was giving me 37MH(Eth) with lolminer now I don’t know why it’s only giving me 15MH(Eth) on the same lolminer.

You likely have a LHR v2 of the 3060. Update your nVidia drivers to at least 465.31. I’ve got two running at 33 MH/s with NBminer 39.2
your card is probably heat throtteling. 62 degress is way to hot. increase fan testwise to 95%.
try to set it higher. core 1550 memory 2450 power 130 fan 85%.
this is a lhr v1 card if it starts up with 460.39. stay with this driver. there is an other problem than the driver. this driver is best for lhr v1 cards.
additionally you could check t-rex 0.21.6 with your and my higher settings.
Trex giving me 10MH with this setting and without this setting.
