Gigabyte gtx 1080 Windforce OC Help to improve Hashrate

Hello, at first this is my first post here and im sry for my maybe bad english.

Mainboard: Biostar tb360 btc pro
Grafics cards: 1x GTX 1080, 4x GTX1060, 1x RX 6600 XT
miner: gminer v.2.70

idk whats wrong but my 1080 is worse than my 1060. i used much oc settings with and without pill. Often my 1080 will not work anymore and sometimes all my 1060 will give up too Why?

I see often 1080 have minimum 35 MH/s but my 1080 cannot reach with any settings 23 MH/s.

I hope anyone can halp me. Thank you.
