In past I had 2 rigs and one for a short time. These rigs I have sold and bought 2 more efficient ones. So in sum Hive listed 5 rigs. Since that point I have to pay for the 2 active ones remaining. I wonder why, because I deleted the old ones from my account.
Make sure paid for settings are not enabled and also clarify which coins you are mining for eligibility. You have to meet all the criteria, but (1) should be free if you did not have paid features turned on:
