HELP! Do not see my GPUs in hive OS

I do no see my 3080 pop up in hive os, all I see is my intel gpu pop up. I have tried pcie gen 2 and auto. I am using an Asus Z490-p mobo. Please help!!!

It is not even connected, have you checked the riser ? nor have you checked the bios ? is it connected or not
