High Average Load & No Payout

Hi All

Rig Config:

7 x 1080ti
1 x AMD RX5700xt
Asus B250 Mining Expert
Intel Celeron
2 x 4gb DDR4 RAM
2 x HP server PSU
250gb Samsung SSD
No overclock = 367.6mh

New to hiveOS. Seem to be having issues with high load average. How do i combat this?

Also i wanted to know how and when HiveOS pays out to my ethereum wallet. I have a wallet set up with Guarda Wallet and have not seen anything being paid in.

Any help will be great.
