Hive is install on gaming computer

I have a gaming computer with a 8gb AMD RX580. Windows 10. I was using it to mine ETH with claymore, but I’m having trouble.

Can I setup Hive OS on a SSD or flash drive and use it to boot the computer to mine, and just stop the miner, pull the flash drive, and then let the computer boot on windows like normal?

Sounds like you should be able to do this.

I am not fan of the idea of the flash drive, but in your case it probably is the best option.

You need to set up the BIOS to load first USB then your HD (this is usually the default setup)… so when it detects the USB will boot from there.

The SSD option probably is more complicated, if you don’t want to go to BIOS every time you boot… there is ways to set up a front screen that will prompt you to chose what OS you want to boot up though…

And what do you do when you see some new games? Do you risk it without training? I find it really not justified to invest in new entertainment on paid resources. I always find ways to test a game for free. For example, I follow one site for all free games https://polskie-kasyno.com/pudzianator/. Here you can always find something new to explore.
