HiveOn OC vs MSI Afterburner OC

I had a question about the core clock values in both, so when I’m mining with HiveOs I can change the oc settings on my rtx 3090 to 1100 absolute core and 2200 mem and doesn’t crash. But in windows afterburner, it crashes with the same settings, it crashes at 1000 absolute core, it even crashed at 500, I know the memory in HiveOS is twice that of windows but core isn’t, am i missing something here? same power limit and fan speed

+2200 in hive would be +1100 in afterburner for a 3090. 500, or even 1000mhz core clock is too low.
