Hiveon Pool not paying out above 0.1ETH threshold

Hi not sure if anyone else has this problem but my Hiveon account has stopped paying out even though it is well over 0.1ETH for over a week now, I believe it might be because of stale shares. I cannot join any of the telegram help accounts for some reason to ask to unlock wallet, does anyone have any ideas how I can get Hiveon to unlock my wallet?

Post your wallet address in the Hive Discord area, specific in the haven-pool channel. They’ll review it within 24hours.
