After the rig’s software, overclocking, power, and temp requirements are addressed, most rigs should run weeks to months without issues.
Local environment, dust/bugs/seasons/etc, will require some maintenance tweaks.
Most of mine are on 30 day maintenance schedules, but I has a few collections of “attention needing” GPUs which error/reboot every 10 days or so.
By winter or in datacenter conditions (no dust, humidity,constant temp), you can stay months without touching anything.
By summer, a bit more complicated if temperature is not masterised
