Got a rig with couple of 8GB RX580’s working fine from day one however, recently purchased an 8GB 480.
The 480 won’t work. everything seems fine, HiveOS see’s it, it light up and spins, can change OC setting etc… but gives 0 hash.
Tries all sorts. Swapped everything about. Took all the other cards out, changed risers, in fact I won’t list everything I did actually as was at it for 7 hours. Nothing.
Had about given up when I thought it may be the age of the 480’s and maybe I need to roll back the drivers??
Had a look on Youtube. All I can see is ‘how to’ videos for Nvidia but nothing for AMD.
I don’t even know if this is the fix but if anyone can point me to a guide on how this is done (or anything else you think I should try), it would be greatly appreciated !!
