Invalid shares & Power

Hi, finally got my 8 gpu rig up and running but two cards are acting up, two RX-580’s , do you know what could be causing this?

Also looking at other peoples power, it looks like my cards are running a bit high? Any tips on reducing power consumption? I am using aggressive undervolting and amdmemtweak --REF 30
