“IP address is forbidden”

When I try checking my rigs from the mobile app, I frequently get “IP Address is forbidden”, after successfully logging in. (Name/pwd/2fa emailed me to me).

Has anyone seen/overcome this error? …or Is the app not supposed to be used from a random IP or wifi, like when you’re away …and might need to check in using a mobile app?

did you set a whitelist ip range and blacklist yourself accidentally?

you can email support at bee@hiveos.farm and let them know your issue and they can reset it.
