My brother created his own HiveOS account using my PC because he will build his own mining rig. After successfully creating an account he suddenly cant log in and after a few minutes he cant access hiveos.farm. The browser is showing that the IP is banned. I have my own HiveOS account and im using my PC to monitor my rigs. Now i cant log in to hiveos and cant monitor my mining rigs anymore since we got IP banned. The hiveos app on my phone also doesnt work. Please help.
contact hiveon pool on the chat. explain and they will unblock your ip. if everything is in fact in order. support is quite good and sometimes allso fast.
