Recently, I flashed bios of my msi 3080 gaming trios, and have them run at full hashrate. But, the temp increased to 96C (sometimes 98C). Is this temp too high for my 3080s? Does someone have the experience?

Under 90 is optimal, but they don’t throttle until 110c.
thx for your info. Maybe, I could repad them when the mem temp goes over 100c.
Yeah that’s typically where I start to repad mine, better to repad now and have them ready for when it’s warmer out.
