Low hashrate on 1070 and 1080

I get low hashrate on 1070 and 1080 anybody have tips?
I use Gminer

1100 on 1080 is swapped to 110

For full hashrate on 1080 with GGDR5X memory you have to activate the pill.
It depends on the miner used. Which miner do you use?

Gminer and i use pill +120
