you blurred out some important info, but it looks like youre using ethminer? thats pretty outdated and doesnt have any lhr unlocking features. you should switch to a miner thats actively being supported, like trex, gminer, nbminer etc. you can also use the memory tweak option (in whatever miner you choose config section) for your 1080 to boost the hashrate a little.
