Low ratio / low hash on MSI GeForce RTX 3080 GAMING Z TRIO

Hello!

I installed HiveOS for the first time today. Everything works as far as I can see.

I have an “MSI GeForce RTX 3080 GAMING Z TRIO (V389-045R)” which is only a few hours old. I tried a few settings, in fact everything runs best at 0 or default (about 85MH). With other values I was partly below 70 or the PC " shut down " at some point. Here in the forum is now often something about “Themal Pads”, I do not want that in any case, because I do not trust me (bad experience made …)
Is there any other idea specifically for this graphics card? Bios?

Another topic: Even with the “normal” settings without overclocking I achieve a “low ratio” of 89-90%. Can this happen at all without overclocking? I thought this was more due to incorrect overclocking.

the rejected share problem is likely your miner, use a more modern one like trex, gminer, nbminer etc. no oc is generally worse than proper clocks too.
