Mine multiple coins on a single T-REX miner

I have a 3060ti currently mining RVN with trex. I’ll soon add a 3090 to mine ETH, and the game plan is to also use trex miner.

But what would the syntax look like? Since I’ve already configured trex to mine RVN for 3060ti at the beginning, do I just add the settings for 3090 ETH in the extra argument section? Or do i need to add for both 3060ti RVN and 3090 ETH?

–pci-indexing 2 (3090 is on PCI bus 2)
-w %wallet address%
