i have a mining chassis case and the sound of the fans is loud is there a way i can reduce the fan speed in the bios or any other way .

Are the fans connected to the motherboard? If so and there’s no bios fan control you could use an aftermarket fan controller, or even replace the server fans with something like noctua ppc fans. That’s assuming your gpus don’t need all the airflow.
