Mining rigs are still mining, but read offline on hiveos

Mining rigs are still mining, but read offline on hiveos, when I change the internet network to using a Phone rig it reads on hiveos. What’s the solution so that it reads on hiveos

i have the same issue … it’s not the first time last week during a short period it was the same problem… i think waiting
