Moving GPUS to new MOBO

I am setting up a farm and want to move GPUS to new MOBO as they are hanging on my desktop to farm when I am not using it.

I have 2 SSDs on my desktop with 1Xwindows and 1Xhive, I load Hive when I am farming.

Can I just unplug the Hive SSD and plugs into the new MOBO or I need set fresh hive to that SSD?
