On one of my rigs, I have an MSI 3080Ti which registers a low 925Mhz core clock with core locked to 1605 in settings. This is while another Asus 3080Ti registers 1320Mhz with 1320 in the core setting. Is there a reason why this GPU would register lower GFXcores in nvidia-info? As a result, the silly GPU never reaches above 83Mh/s.
Is it thermal throttling?
Claims to hitting a powerlimit in nvidia-info but power limit is set to 0. This card does seem to be hitting an LHR lock more frequently than others though.
Set power limit to max as shown beside the bios info under the card name, that should remove the power limit some bios have.
