It seems that the MSI 3080 Gaming Z Trio is power locked at 210, do you guys have a way to handle it? Help me

I am in the same situation but mine are 2 x MSI Suprim. The most weird thing is, that one of them works PERFECT, PL 110 and 95/96 mhs, the other exactly same model is locked sometimes 200/205/209, doing less MHS…
I still didn’t find what to do and why this happen.
