MSI RX5700 XT MECH OC With Terrible Hashrate ! please help

Hi i bought new one MSI Rx 5700 XT MECH OC .
Terrible guys . i changed bios of these :
113-MSITV381MH.101
113-MSITV381MH.102
113-MSITV381MH.103
113-MSITV381MH.112

But with OC
1420
800
920
1350

And no way to goes up over 52 MH . So any advice?
