NBminer 39.7 not stable

Hi all got new RTX3080 Ti FE been looking online and noticed some people have similar issue but there is no answer.

Issue is that GPU gets either fan error or driver error rig needs rebooting sometimes every 2h sometimes every 50 min.

So far tried latest available Drivers in hive same error now testing 470.74 same issue.

OC that I have gone with so far with same result

-300 core 2400 mem and 2200 mem 305 PL- 2h and reboot
lock 1650 core 2400mem and 2200 mem 305 PL -2h reboot / 50 min reboot
lock 1350 core 2400mem and 2200 mem 305 PL -2h reboot / 50 min reboot

hi i get same error, maybe some times 8 hours later restart
i fix it some down oc,
lock clok: 1650-1700-1750
memory:2200
Power limit: 287-305

I too have NBMiner crash, sometimes after 4 hours sometimes after 2, has anyone had any work around a or know what causes this, I managed to get a glimpse when it crashed and it said error code 8 I believe.
I’m also on driver 470
