NBMINER Crash Error Code 8?

Really hoping someone can assist.

I keep getting this error randomly…sometimes after 2 days or sometimes after 20 minuets… Makes no sense. The entire rig crashes. I have 12 cards running and its a mix of LHR and NON-LHR. I’ve searched the web and can’t find any reference of this…and actually can’t find any official support for NBMINER either.
