Nothing changes when I set this power limit. Hashrate’s the same. No change in power consumption. Miner restarted, no change.
What am I doing wrong?

It doesn’t make sense. In Windows 10 I can use MSI afterburner to limit the Power Usage to whathever I want without problems using 2 RX 570 8GB. I’m having trouble with this because my miner uses Rx 570 so I guess I’ll have to go back to Kryptex or some shiet like that.
