I do not receive the payment and it reaches 0.1 eth and the days go by and it is not deposited in my account. It is the first time it has happened to me before, I never had this problem.
That stales rate on a 24hr average indicates your rigs likely spiked over the 5% locking threshold at some point.
You’ll need to do one of the following:
- email bee@hiveos.farm
- post an wallet request in hive telegram
- post in discord hiveon-pool channel with your wallet address and request for review. (note: in my experience discord is the quickest path to resolution)
